Custom Screw Machining

Custom Screw Machining of parts & manufacturing services is one of our specialties here at Hollander Machine. We source all of our materials from the United States, and are pleased to serve our customers with the fastest turnaround time possible. Our screw machining and threading process capabilities cover many different needs. We offer screw machining processes such as turning, forming, deburring, drilling, grinding, polishing, and reaming. Threading processes such as tapping and external and internal thread cutting are also available.

At Precision USA, we work with cold rolled, alloy, carbon, tool, and stainless steel in addition to brass and graphite. With these materials, we offer many products such as bearings, dowels, locating pins, pilot pins, and fasteners. Parts are available in lengths up to 10 inches, outer diameters from .125 to 5.00″, and a tightest tolerance in millionths, although .0005″ is more typical.

Our products undergo Optical Comparator and Hardness Testing, with a production volume of 100 to 100,000 parts. A typical lead time is around 4 weeks, but emergency services are also available.
