Our custom centerless grinding capabilities cover many different needs. We offer surface, angle, and fine grinding, contouring, multiple diameters, and slotting in addition to several other services. We also specialize in tapered bearings and precision grinding.
We work with cold rolled, alloy, carbon, tool, and stainless steel, along with brass and graphite, to create different products such as dowels, tapered bearings, and pins. Parts can be up to 24 inches long, with diameters ranging from .125 inches to 5 inches with a tolerance of .0002 inches. Our products undergo Optical Comparator and Hardness Tests.
Precision USA also specializes in heat-treating, chrome plating, and reverse engineering. Our production units range from 100 to 100,000 units, with turnaround time as fast as three days.
